The long table
Three meals a day, cooked from the garden.
Tomás cooks with what is growing in the vegetable garden and what is good at the Saturday market in Montemor. Breakfast is slow, lunch is long, and dinner is eaten together at one table in the old grain barn.
Mostly vegetarian, with fish twice a week. Vegan, gluten-free and most allergies are easy if you tell us when you book.
“The bread soup on day two is the thing guests ask about most. It costs almost nothing.”
